Request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.
Items we cannot accept
Final-sale items, gift cards, opened personal-care goods, and items showing wear, washing, fragrance or damage after delivery cannot be returned.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary, but funds commonly appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
